• An 18-page report on the feasibility of a tourist branch railway line to Middleton from King's Lynn station, with steam traction.

• Development of former sand quarry at Bawsey into a leisure park, with the added attraction of a miniature railway.

This document was kindly donated to our group by Mr Ben Colson MBE on 5th January 2025 and is an incredible piece of information, which could provide inspiration for possible future developments at both Bawsey and Middleton Towers.
